It’s soon to be official. The Fall season is upon us. September 23 is the official first day of Autumn and we’ve got recipes to get your kitchen filled for fresh fall flavors. Apple, pumpkin, pear and squash are just some of the key fresh ingredients for your Fall harvest.
During the Fall months, you’re transitioning from Summer warmth to the Winter freeze. Meals that warm you up from within are what you’re looking for. Baby Soft Puréed Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cooked
½ cup water, hot
Directions:
1. Attach HealthMaster Pitcher to Base and rotate clockwise to lock in place.
2. Add al ingredients into the Pitcher. Secure and lock the Lid and Cap in place.
3. Press ON button. Press RUN button. Increase the speed to 8 until blended. Serve.

For the rest of the family, or just yourself, you can whip up Apple Oatmeal Waffles for breakfast. Waffles are a traditional family favorite. We all know the fresh home-made waffles taste much better than the frozen alternative. So attempt this recipe in your HealthMaster for an Autumn-inspired breakfast.
Apple Oatmeal Waffles
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. honey
2 apples, cored
2 eggs
1 cup fat-free milk
2 tbsp. canola oil
¾ cup whole-wheat flour
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. sea salt
Directions:
1. Attach HealthMaster Pitcher to Base and rotate clockwise to lock in place
2. Add al ingredients into the Pitcher. Secure and lock the Lid and Cap in place.
3. Press ON button. Press RUN button. Increase the speed to 5 until blended.
4. Use you waffle iron to make the waffles.

Now you’re ready to create a healthy lunch. Feel like a sandwich? Make the batter to bake the Autumn Squash Loaf. Or you can create Wild Rice Salad. Either way, you’ll have a great tasting, fresh and healthy loaf to eat or nutritious light salad to share with others.
Autumn Squash Loaf
Ingredients:
2 cups whole-wheat flour
½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. sea salt
½ cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
½ cup canola oil
2 small yellow squash, trimmed
¾ cup dates, pitted
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
2. Prepare the load pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Attach HealthMaster Pitcher to Base and rotate clockwise to lock in place.
4. Place all wet ingredients into the Pitcher. Secure and lock the Lid and Cap in place. Press ON button. Press RUN button. Increase the speed to 4 until blended.
5. Press OFF button. Remove the Lid and add the rest of the ingredients. Replace the Lid to locked position. Press ON button. PULSE to mix. Do not over-mix.
6. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 350°F for 25-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Wild Rice Salad
Ingredients:
½ head red cabbage, quarters
1 onion, peeled
3 large garlic cloves, peeled
1” piece of fresh ginger, peeled
1 red bell pepper, cut in half and seeded
2 heads broccoli, quartered
2 carrots, cut in half
1 bunch cilantro, stems removed
1 bunch flat leaf parsley
½ lemon, juiced
¾ cup canola oil
¾ cup sesame oil
¼ cup sweet chili sauce
1 ½ tsp. sea salt
½ lb. wild rice, soaked 4-8 hours
Directions:
1. Attach HealthMaster Pitcher to Base and rotate clockwise to lock in place.
2. Add half the cabbage into the Pitcher. Secure and lock the Lid and Cap in place.
3. Press ON button. Increase the speed to 5 and PULSE until chopped coarse them remove. Repeat process with the other half them remove. Place in a bowl and set aside.
4. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, parsley and cilantro into the Pitcher. Secure and lock the Lid and Cap in place. Press ON button. Increase the speed to 5 and PULSE to chop coarsely. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
5. Remove the Lid and pour into the reserved bowl and add lemon juice, canola oil, sesame oil, sea salt, rice and sweet chili sauce. Mix and serve.

The final meal of the day is usually the one you can sit down with your family and enjoy. A warm Roasted Pear Squash Soup on a brisk day is perfect to warm everyone up before bed. Add some Pumpkin Zucchini Muffins as an after-dinner dessert and everyone will go off to sleep happy.
Roasted Pear Squash Soup
Ingredients:
3 pears, cored and roasted
1 large butternut squash, roasted
1 tsp. cardamom
2 tsp. agave
2 cups vegetable stock
Directions:
1. Attach HealthMaster Pitcher to Base and rotate clockwise to lock in place.
2. Add all ingredients into the Pitcher. Secure and lock the Lid and Cap in place. Press ON button. Set the timer for 8 minutes. Press RUN button. Increase the speed to 8.
3. Once the machine shuts off, season soup with salt and pepper.
4. Carefully pour the hot soup in a bowl and serve.
Pumpkin Zucchini Muffins
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
¼ cup canola oil
2/3 cup pumpkin, cooked
1 small zucchini
1 ¼ cups soy milk
¾ cup fructose
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 ¾ cup whole-wheat flour
½ tsp. sea salt
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
2. Prepare muffin pan with cupcake liners.
3. Attach HealthMaster Pitcher to Base and rotate clockwise to lock in place.
4. Place all wet ingredients into the Pitcher. Secure and lock the Lid and Cap in place. Press ON button. Press RUN button. Increase the speed to 4 until blended.
5. Press OFF button. Remove the Lid and add the rest of the ingredients. Replace the Lid to locked position. Press ON button. PULSE to mix. Do not over-mix.
