Frozen Mojito
Ingredients:
¾ lime, juiced
1/3 cup agave
½ cup water
2 cups ice
1 cup mint leaves, stem removed
¾ cup rum
Directions:
1. Attach HealthMaster Pitcher to Base and rotate clockwise to lock in place.
2. Add all ingredients into the Pitcher. Secure and lock the Lid and Cap in place.
3. Press ON button. Press RUN button. Increase the speed to 8 until blended. Serve.
Note: Use the Tamper as need to assist in the blending process.
Pineapple Raspberry Iced Tea
Ingredients:
¼ cup pineapple, cored and rind removed
3 cups green tea
1 cup raspberries
Directions:
1. Attach HealthMaster Pitcher to Base and rotate clockwise to lock in place.
2. Add all ingredients into the Pitcher. Secure and lock the Lid and Cap in place. Press ON button. Increase the speed to 1. Press RUN button. Increase the speed to 8 until blended.
3. Strain the tea through a fine mesh strainer. Serve over ice.
Note: Use the Tamper as needed to assist in the blending process.
Cilantro Mint Tabouleh
Ingredients:
1 cup bulgur wheat
1 ½ cup water
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1/8 cup cilantro leaves
1 tsp. agave
1 lemon, juiced
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
½ red bell pepper
½ cucumber, peeled
2 tsp. sea salt
½ carrot, peeled and top removed
Directions:
1. Place the first 2 ingredients into a bowl for 20 minutes until tender.
2. Attach HealthMaster Pitcher to Base and rotate clockwise to lock in place.
3. Add garlic, lemon juice, cilantro, agave and oil into the Pitcher. Secure and lock the Lid and Cap in place.
4. Press ON button. Press RUN button. Increase the speed to 3.
5. Remove the Cap and add the red pepper, cucumber, carrot and red onion. PULSE until chunky.
6. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
7. Drain bulgur and place into a medium bowl. Pour the Pitcher ingredients over the bulgur and mix well.

Gazpacho Soup
Ingredients:
6 small vine ripe tomatoes
½ seedless cucumber, peeled
1 scallion, cleaned and trimmed
½ red pepper, seeded and stem removed
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Attach HealthMaster Pitcher to Base and rotate clockwise to lock in place.
2. Add all ingredients into the Pitcher. Secure and lock the Lid and Cap in place. Press ON button. PULSE until chunky.
3. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
Herb Salt Rub with Grilled Steak
Ingredients:
10 sage leaves
6 sprigs thyme, stems removed
2 sprigs rosemary, stems removed
2 cloves garlic, peeled
¼ cup peppercorns
1 cup coarse sea salt
Ingredients:
1. Attach HealthMaster Pitcher to Base and rotate clockwise to lock in place.
2. Add all ingredients into the Pitcher. Secure and lock the Lid and Cap in place.
3. Press ON button. Press RUN button. Increase the speed to 5 until blended.
Note: Use the Tamper as needed to assist in the blending process.
Orange Apricot Glaze with Grilled Salmon
Ingredients:
2 oranges, peeled
¼ lime
2 apricots, pitted
1” piece ginger
1/3 cup honey
½ jalapeño pepper, stem removed
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions:
1. Attach HealthMaster Pitcher to Base and rotate clockwise to lock in place.
2. Add all ingredients into the Pitcher. Secure and lock the Lid and Cap in place.
3. Press ON button. Press RUN button. Increase the speed to 4 until blended.
Note: Use the Tamper as needed to assist in the blending process.
Orange Pineapple Sorbet
Ingredients:
2 oranges, peeled
½ pineapple, cored and rind removed
3 cups ice
1/3 cup agave
Directions:
1. Attach HealthMaster Pitcher to Base and rotate clockwise to lock in place.
2. Add all ingredients into the Pitcher. Secure and lock the Lid and Cap in place.
3. Press ON button. Press RUN button. Increase the speed to 8 until blended. To prevent mixture from melting, do not over-mix. Serve or place in the freezer.
Note: Use the Tamper as needed to assist in the blending process.
Note: Thick mixtures may cause the motor to shut down to prevent overheating. If this occurs, let it cool down for 10 minutes, then press the RESET button.
Note: Some ice creams, sorbets and gelatos may need to be place in the freezer before serving.
