Trick or Treat: Halloween Recipes!

Are you ready for even more tricks and treats? We’ve come up with a few more great Halloween recipes for you. Enough to complete your Halloween party. Take a look.
BooBerry Crumb Shake
Ingredients:
2 cups blueberries
1 cup non-fat French vanilla
1 cup non-fat milk
1 tbsp. agave
6 lemon wafers
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into the Pitcher. RUN at speed 8 until blended.
2. Garnish wish a few crushed lemon wafers.
Mummy Pizza
Whole Grain Pita Ingredients:
2 cups warm water (110°F)
½ tbsp. yeast
1 tbsp. honey
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. olive oil
Tomato Sauce Ingredients:
7 medium Italian plum tomatoes
2 small shallots, peeled
6 fresh basil leaves
1 tsp. agave
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
5 sprigs of fresh parsley
pinch of red pepper flakes
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Other Ingredients:
String cheese
Olives, sliced
Directions:
1. Add dry ingredients for pita into the Pitcher. RUN at speed 4 while adding the wet ingredients for the pita for 5-8 seconds only.
2. PULSE 20 times until mixture becomes a crumbled texture.
3. Pour dough into a bowl. Knead the dough into a ball on a floured surface. Place in a covered bowl and let it sit in a warm place for approximately 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
4. Add all ingredients for tomato sauce into the Pitcher. RUN at speed 8 until blended.
5. Pour into a saucepan and let simmer for 35-40 minutes on low heat.
6. Divide the dough into 12 pieces. Place a cookie sheet and cover for 1 hour.
7. Roll the dough into circles and place on a cookie sheet. Add tomato sauce to eat circle. Place string cheese on top to decorate mummy. Two slices of olive on each make the eyes.
8. Place in 500°F oven for 5 minutes. Serve.
Monster Carrot Cake Pops
Cake Ingredients:
5 medium carrots
4 eggs
¾ cup canola oil
¼ cup molasses
1 ½ cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup honey
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tbsp. cinnamon
½ cup walnuts
½ cup raisins
Directions:
1. Place all wet ingredients into the Pitcher. RUN at speed 4 until blended.
2. Add the rest of the ingredient except for walnuts and raisins. PULSE to mix.
3. Add the walnuts and raisins. PULSE 3 or 4 times. Do not over-mix.
4. Use cake pop mold to make cake pops.
5. Decorate with your favorite icing and sprinkles to create Monster Pops.
