Make your Hanukkah celebration complete this year with these recipes. Keep tradition alive with a modern touch.

Potato Latkes
Ingredients:
6 potatoes
1 white onion
1 garlic clove
1 oz. whole-wheat matzoh meal
2 eggs
½ tsp. sea salt
Directions:
1. Place 3 potatoes into the Pitcher. PULSE until chopped. Set aside.
2. Place remaining potatoes in Pitcher. PULSE until chopped. Set aside.
3. Place onion and garlic in Pitcher. PULSE until chopped.
4. Add all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix everything together.
5. Divide the latkes into 10 piece and place in the skillet. Cook until done.

Apple Sauce
Ingredients:
4 apples, cored
1/3 cup agave
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into the Pitcher.
2. RUN at speed 8 until blended. Serve.

Cupcake Menorah

Carrot Cupcakes
Orange Cream Cheese Frosting
White Candy Glitter
24 pieces mini caramel cookie bars
24 pieces yellow peanut chocolate candies
Blue cupcake liners

Batter Ingredients:
5 medium carrots, peeled
4 eggs
¾ cup canola oil
¼ cup molasses
1 ½ cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup honey
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tbsp. cinnamon
½ cup walnut
½ cup raisins
Batter Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
2. Prepare cupcake pan with blue cupcake liners.
3. Place all wet ingredients into the Pitcher. RUN at speed 4 until blended.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients, except raisins and walnuts. PULSE to mix.
5. Add the walnuts and raisins. PULSE 3 or 4 times. Do not over-mix.
6. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Place cupcakes on a cooling rack.

Frosting Ingredients:
16 oz. fat-free cream cheese
½ orange, peeled
½ orange rind
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ cup confectioner’s sugar
Blue and Yellow food coloring
Frosting Directions:
1. Place all ingredients, except food coloring, into the Pitcher.
2. RUN at speed 4 until creamy.
3. Tint ½ cup of frosting yellow, set aside.
4. Tint the rest of the frosting blue. When cupcakes are cooled, frost with blue frosting.

Menorah Directions:
1. Sprinkle candy glitter on top of blue frosting.
2. Press one caramel cookie bar standing up straight into the center of each cupcake. Dot the top of each with the yellow frosting and attach a yellow peanut chocolate candy to create the candle.
3. Arrange 9 of the cupcakes into a line to create the Menorah. Place the fifth one on top of something to lift it slightly.
