From soup to dessert you can make the perfect meal right in HealthMaster and that’s something to make anyone’s heart swell.
Here is a menu suggestion:
Start with a lovely Passion Fruit Margarita (2 servings):
3 passion fruits, (pulp only)
3/4 lime, juiced
2 tbsp. agave
1 cup ice
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup tequila
2 tbsp. triple sec
Directions: Place all ingredients into the pitcher. Run at speed 8 until pureed. Use tamper as needed. Pour into margarita glasses.
Next, enjoy a delicious warm soup like one of the ones found here.
And, for the main course…
Perhaps you’ll make something decadent like Fettuccine Alfredo or something more exotic like chicken or fish topped with Thai Coconut Sauce (makes 12 servings)
1 can coconut milk
1″ piece of peeled ginger
1/2 stalk lemon grass, cleaned
2 clean scallions
1 peeled garlic clove
2 tsp. of fish sauce
1 dried chili
2 tbsp. sweet chili
3 tbsp. cilantro
10 Thai basil leaves
6 mint leaves
1 tbsp. grapeseed oil
1. Saute the ginger, garlic and scallions in grapeseed oil in a sauté pan for 3 minutes.
2. Add all ingredients (except for cilantro, mint and basil) to the Pitcher. RUN at speed 4 until blended.
3. Remove the Cap and add the rest of the ingredients. PULSE until chopped.
4. Serve over fish, vegetables or chicken.
