Raspberry Almond Tart

This is a great sweet healthy dessert for any family gathering.

Ingredients
Tart Shell
- 1 cup(s) whole almonds
- 3/4 cup(s) oat flour
- 3/4 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp.s butter
- 1/4 cup(s) fresh orange juice
Topping
- 2 pint(s)s raspberries for tart shell
- 1/4 cup(s) raspberry seedless jam
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
2. Place all wet ingredients into the Pitcher.
3. RUN at speed 8 until blended.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients. PULSE until blended.
5. Press the dough into a tart pan.
6. Bake until lightly golden. Place the raspberries around the shell until the shell is full. Melt raspberry jelly and brush the tart and berries.
