Enjoy this simple, delicious and nutritious Strawberry Banana Smoothie!

Ingredients
- 5 large strawberries (hulled)
- 1 cup(s) soy milk (fat-free)
- 1 banana (peeled)
- 1 pineapple spear (cored & rind removed)
- 3/4 cup(s) ice
Directions
1. Attach HealthMaster Pitcher to Base and rotate clockwise to lock in place.
2. Add all ingredients into the Pitcher. Secure and lock the Lid and Cap in place. Press ON button. Press RUN button. Increase the speed to 8 until blended and serve.
Note: Use the Tamper ass needed to assist in the blending process.

I add blueberries instead of pineapple. The color is nice and blueberries are a good antioxidant. About 1/3 cup will do.
I wanted to ask if soy milk is the only type of milk that you use?
