Delicious Chocolate Shake!

I've lost 20+ lbs. by incorporating shakes into my diet. They're made with tasty protein powder--helps me with my sweet tooth!

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 6-8 oz.s skim milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder I use The Biggest Loser All Natural Protein Powder. It's delicious.
Directions
Add one frozen banana, 6-8 oz. skim milk, and 1 scoop of protein powder to HealthMaster. Blend to any consistency you prefer. I like to whip mine up at a higher speed — its frothy and creamy just like a milk shake with ice cream! This is low calorie and so tasty!
