Pink Lady

Don't let the name fool you. The Pink Lady is the perfect pick-me-up for lunch.



  • 1 pineapple trimmed & peeled
  • 1/8 head red cabbage
  • 2 Macintosh apples


1. Attach HealthMaster Pitcher to Base and rotate clockwise to lock in place.

2. Add all ingredients into the Pitcher. Secure and lock Lid and Cap in place.

3. Press ON button. Press RUN button. Increase the speed to 8 until blended.
